# Can the Anaconda distribution be used for free by companies?

We would like to use Anaconda distribution to generate profits for companies with less than 200 employees.  
For example, I would like to use the program developed using Anaconda for sales purposes.  
In this case, can I use it for free?

Obviously Anaconda are going to prefer you have a commericial relationship with them.

Also be aware that a commercial relationship with Anaconda is not about paying for the usage of open source packages, these packages can be obtained many other ways and have their own licenses on how they can be used. Rather the commercial relationship is about usage of Anaconda’s repository and services.
