I searched for reasons why I cannot login and have run out of options. I added stackoverflow.com as one of the sites to allow cookies for. I still cannot login. I had a login long ago (over a year ago) but that also does not work. I really need to find out how to setup QGIS in Spyder so I can run programs directly from there or from the Jupyter notebook. Oddly, I can still login to anaconda community.
