# Error updating Jupyter Notebooks

When I try to update Jupyter Notebooks from Anaconda Navigator I receive an error with the following text: Multiple Errors Encountered.  
Did somebody know how can update it??  
The same error when I try to update JupyterLab, how can I install the lattest version of both?
