I have now downloaded Anaconda distributor and have successfully verified my installation. I have also successfully created an example environment as specified by the “Get Started with Anaconda” course.
Now I want to run the program Cantera but I dont know how to proceed after following the orders from [Installing with Conda — Cantera 3.1.0 documentation](https://cantera.org/stable/install/conda.html).
[Python Tutorial — Cantera 3.1.0 documentation](https://cantera.org/stable/userguide/python-tutorial.html) this is now where I am stuck. Can anyone help me with getting Cantera to run?

Thanks in advance!

I have now opened the Jupyter Lab browser window via anaconda prompt by typing jupyter-lab and entering.
Apparently the instructions from [Python Tutorial — Cantera 3.1.0 documentation](https://cantera.org/stable/userguide/python-tutorial.html) now yield the results that were expected from the guide site.

Now is opening the jupyter browser window the way Cantera intends to be used via python or did i just stumble upon some sort of workaround?
