# I cannot use Anaconda after installing

After installing the latest anaconda version and open the Anaconda Prompt, I immediately got this error message:

Unable to create process using 'C:\Users.…\anaconda3\python.exe “C:\Users.…\anaconda3\Scripts\conda-script.py” shell.cmd.exe activate “C:\Users.…\anaconda3” ’

(‘…’ is my username)

What is potentially the problem here? Thanks!
