# I can't connect to anaconda cloud :-(

I’m unable to connect to Anaconda Cloud Jupyter Notebook, despite trying with both Edge and Chrome browsers. I am getting this messages:" Spawn failed. The latest attempt to start your server has failed. Would you like to retry starting it?"

I also tested with my phone, same result.

No, it’s working again. I couldn’t connect for about 24 hours

Hey @Frede, sorry to hear you’re having issues accessing the Anaconda Cloud notebooks, sounds like it’s working again now but please do get in touch again here in the future if you’re hitting similar issues.
