We’re excited to announce some improvements to how we handle community-reported issues for [anaconda.org](http://anaconda.org). ## What’s New Starting now, we’re committing to clear response times and better communication when you report issues: - **Quick acknowledgment:** We’ll respond within 2 days to let you know we’ve seen your issue (within 7 days max) - **Clear status updates:** Within a week, we’ll tell you whether we can work on your issue and give you a rough timeline (within 2 weeks max) - **Regular updates:** For accepted issues, we’ll keep you posted on progress ## How to Report Issues Please report any [anaconda.org](http://anaconda.org) issues via this forum ([forum.anaconda.com](http://forum.anaconda.com)), and tag me (Lilly Winfree).
