Hello All,

I am very new to the Anaconda Cloud. It is the first time running it in the browser.

I am trying to run my first JupyterNotebook in the cloud today, but the kernel is always failing to connect.

Could you provide me with some assistance?

Best Regards
Diego

Hi Diego, welcome to the forums! Are you connected to the Internet through an institutional network (say, a university or a large company)? Or are you using a normal ISP like a home Internet connection?

G’day,

Apologies for dragging up an old post.

I am having the same issue and am connected via a remote desktop service through my works internet. Are there any work arounds to this?
