It would help if you were more specific:

- which exact thing did you install (including version number) and how?
- how are you “opening” a notebook? Is this a specific file, or is it jupyter itself you are trying and failing to run?
- what type of notebook is it, jupyter/python?
- what happens, is there an error message or something else?

Hi
Many thanks for your mail.
I’ve installed the last version of Anaconda with Python 3.9: [https://www.anaconda.com/products/individual](https://www.anaconda.com/products/individual)
When I create a new Python 3 notebook it fails, it just does not open.
Hope that helps

How exactly do you do this?

> it just does not open.

What do you mean? What happens instead?

Also, can you take a screenshot and paste it here?
Did you launch Jupyter via Navigator, or from the command line?
