# Unable to install pytorch with a downlodad file

How do I install with Conda a downloaded file from:  
[https://anaconda.org/pytorch-nightly/pytorch/files](https://anaconda.org/pytorch-nightly/pytorch/files)

File is:  
pytorch-2.5.0.dev20240813-py3.12\_0.tar.bz2

File is downloaded, but how do I get conda install to use this file?  
When I double click the file it extracts to a directory.

On MAC 14.5
