500 Internal Server Error

I have Jupyter notebook 6.5.4 working in one environment. I created another environment and installed Jupyter Notebook and I am getting “500 : Internal Server Error” when launching a ipynb file. Yet it works in my original environment. Why is that? Is there something else I need to do? This is running on a Mac Ventura 13.5.1
