I face the same problem for the second time: after updating anaconda navigator (first time via official website, second time conda update anaconda-navigator) several hours later windows 11 crashes totally with recovery tools not helping:( only full reinstallation of windows and everything else(
What can be causing the problem and how to avoid it in future?
P.S. anaconda is used for machine learning and deep learning, if it makes sense.
