Hi. I have signed up with Anaconda Cloud but when I go into Juypter, the assistant does not appear in the righthand side bar. I have also checked in view that the Anaconda assistant is ticked. The sidebar shows a X and that is all. Please advise

The Anaconda Assistant will only be visible when you have a Notebook opened. If you’re just on the JupyterLab Launcher (homepage) you won’t be able to see it.
If that’s not solved it can you send a screenshot of what you’re seeing? Obviously close anything confidential first
