Anaconda Cloud Notebooks Launcher Error

I’ve been having repeated issues with launching notebooks in browser and keep getting the following error: Command 'docmanager:new-untitled' not registered.

I’ve tried clearing cache, different browsers, etc. This also seems to be machine independent. Really not sure what next troubleshooting steps there are.

Sorry to hear you’ve been having issues. Are you able to share a screenshot of the error you’re seeing?

Would also be useful if you could share the URL you are accessing, mainly the long unique UserID so that our team can try and diagnose what’s going on.
