Installed Anaconda Navigator on Windows 10 Pro PC as single user. All appears to work fine (new user) until I click “connect” and then get " invalid credentials" message. I cleared all cookies etc and started from scratch copy /pasting password into the option after connect select - same result. Went to website and clicked paste password and got in with no issue. How do I resolve?
Any assist appreciated.
Thanks

I’m looking for a fix for the same problem.
For anyone else with the same issue. Log out on the website and log back in again. I could then log in on Navigator.

Thank you for responding with a solution, Rick! @Lez_Holden – were you able to gain access by logging out of the website and logging back in on web, then logging into Navigator?
We are migrating to a new authentication system, and that may be causing some of the password issues that Navigator users are seeing.

thanks for sharing your fix! That’s a great workaround for authentication issues. If anyone else is still having trouble, it might also help to clear browser cookies or update Anaconda Client. Let us know if this works for you!
