Cannot open Jupyter notebook

Hello dear team, I cannot open a new Jupyter notebook. when i click on “launch a notebook”, a blank page opens . what am i doing wrong? Many thanks for the help!

Hey @Grigoris,

Sorry to hear you’re having problems.

Are you able to share some more details about what it is exactly you’re doing? Are you working on our Cloud Notebooks at https://nb.anaconda.cloud or are you trying to launch Jupyter from Anaconda Navigator?

Any screenshots or recordings, and details of any extensions or packages you tried to install previous to this issue occuring would also be very helpful.

Thanks,
Jack

Hello Jack,
Thank you for your reply. I am just starting-out  I think that there was a mix-up between my on-prem download and my online registration. The online version seems to be working .
In any case, very kind of you to message me.
Hopefully things will go smoother now.
Be well and best regards,
Grigoris

Subject: Re: Anaconda Forum Updates

Dear Anaconda Forum Team,

Thank you for the update on recent forum activities. I appreciate being kept informed about the discussions and technical issues being addressed in the community.

After reviewing the topics mentioned in your email, I noticed several users are experiencing technical difficulties with various Anaconda components. As an active member of the community, I’d like to offer my assistance where possible.

Specifically, I have experience with:

  • Jupyter notebook configuration issues (in reference to Grigoris’ post)
  • Conda installation and revision management (regarding Mark14’s question)
  • Anaconda Navigator environment setup

I’ll be logging into the forum this week to participate in these discussions and share potential solutions based on my experience.

Additionally, I’d like to request more information about upcoming Anaconda webinars or training sessions that might be available for community members who are looking to deepen their knowledge of data science and programming tools within the Anaconda ecosystem.

Thank you for maintaining this valuable community resource.

Best regards,
Zacarias Victor Chano
