How do I install metaphlan-3.1.0 from source?

I have downloaded the package, metaphlan-3.1.0-pyhb7b1952_0.tar, from (Files | Anaconda.org). After untarring and cd’ing into the folder, I cannot find any instructions on how to install prerequisites using Anaconda. Here are the contents of the package:
