Html message pic when I try to open Jupyter through Navigator

When I try to open Jupyter Notebook in Anaconda Navigator, it opens a picture in Irfran. The picture shows a html code saying that this link should open Notebook and if it doesn’t to display an an alternative link to click (this is all in the html code in the picture, there is nowhere for me to actually click).
I’ve tried to update Anaconda Navigator, but that went round in circle. Whenever I confirmed to update, it didn’t do anything but recommended to me to update - again and again. I tried to update it via Prompt and it said the file is corrupted (some replace_bat etc file is missing). So I uninstalled Anaconda Navigator and installed it again, but the same html message is popping up.

Can anyone help? Also, can you explain it in a ‘for dummies’ way, please?

Update: I’ve entered the link shown in the picture and it asks for a token. It’s never done that before and I don’t know how to get a token. Can sombody help please? I need my notebook back.
