I am unable to sign in to jupyter notebook or anaconda toolbox, cloud notebook is ok however

Cloud Notebooks Assistant works.

Local Assistant does not work.

Browser console shows:

ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

Try launching “anaconda auth login” from the anaconda_prompt command terminal found within the Anaconda Navigator, and then check if the profile is authenticated using “anaconda auth whoami”. This is the only thing that worked for me when I had this problem.
