Looks like the files that you are using are indeed on a different account to the one you are logged in with. The one with your files is your edu account and the new one is using gmail (not sharing the actual emails for obvious reasons but hoping that’s enough of a lead!)
In theory, when you sign in with GitHub it should use the email account you have registered as your primary email there (or at least it does for me!). So maybe try using your edu account to sign in instead of the GitHub auth flow?
I don’t think you’ve signed out fully then as that url is for the gmail account. Are you signing out on anaconda.cloud via the drop down in the top right?
Then sign in using the edu email (not GitHub) and click the notebooks button on the homepage.
If you don’t get the f81 user id in the url when you sign in, you’re not in the right account. If you try again and it still doesn’t work I’ll try and get someone from our team to test again in the morning.
After further messing around, i have found out that no matter what account i log into on anaconda.cloud, it shows the notebook for my gmail account it seems. Then when i press the show profile button on the notebook it shows whatever email i tried to log in with, even thought the notebook isn’t for that email. so if I log in for edu email it shows I’m on my edu account, but its actually my gmail notebook? The browser I’m on is OperaGX, I tried to open my notebook on google and it pulled up the correct edu notebook this time. I cleared my cookies on opera, but it didn’t resolve the issue. For the meantime I guess I will be using Google instead. Thanks for your help on this weird issue.
