Share Conda Env and Python Code from Multiple PCs

Several users at different sites need the ability to maintain and execute a Python program on a monthly basis. They all have access to a shared LAN drive. What standard should be followed to set this up most efficiently so it can be done by any of the users in any month from any of the PCs.
