Spawn failed: Server at http://127.0.0.1:48141/jupyterhub/user/d29721a9-8aac-48c9-9216-fb090176c7fa/api didn’t respond in 300 seconds
It looks like you were setting the PATH in your environment in a way that prevented your notebook server from starting up. I have removed that and you should be able to start the server now
