For the tensorflow-base package versions 2.5.0 and 2.6.0 with GPU support, the dependency on the icu package is icu >=68.1, <69.0a0. However, for tensorflow-base version 2.9.1, the dependency on icu is icu >=58.2, <59.0a0. Would it be possible to create a tensorflow-base v2.9.1 (or later) package that allows for icu >=6.81, <69.0a0?
Also, would it be possible to add cudatoolkit v11.6 or 11.7 to the available packages, and if possible, see if a recent version of tensorflow could be built with one of these versions of cudatoolkit?
