It seems that the py3.11 arm64 version on windows is distributed on the www.python.org, when we can use the arm64 anaconda on win on arm?
I have the same problem and I hope Anaconda can be adapted to WIndows Arm as soon as possible.
Update for anyone landing here: Anaconda now supports Windows on Arm natively, including Surface devices.
Miniconda 26.9.3 ships a native Windows Arm64 installer: anaconda.com/download. One thing to know: native Arm64 environments require Python 3.12 or later, so older Python versions (like 3.11) aren’t available natively. You can still run them in an x64 environment under emulation.
