I upgraded to the latest version of Conda a few months ago. I ran an update using ‘conda update –all’ a few weeks later. It failed. I uninstalled and then reinstalled. Same upgrade problem. I gave up. I went back to it today and once again it has failed. I am on the latest update of Windows 11. I am using conda 25.25.1. Not sure what to do but uninstall and reinstall. Afraid things are messed up in regex.
