Feedback: Update failed, had to reinstall

Feedback: The recent update failed and Navigator would not launch. I tried to resolve error messages in Anaconda PowerShell but hit a block. As a consequence, I had to uninstall Anaconda. I am in process of reinstalling it now. My hope is that update testing is robust enough before deployment, such that an update would not require a reinstallation. Now everything has to be reconfigured.
