Unable to launch Anaconda Navigator after updating to version 2.7

Hello, today after receiving a notification, I updated Anaconda Navigator from 2.6.6 to version 2.7.0. Immediately afterward, the python.exe installer window appeared about 4 times. After the installation finished, I could not launch Anaconda Navigator.

I also tried restarting my computer, and nothing changed. Please help me.
