I’m receiving an error message when attempting to create a new notebook that I’m attempting to write to a readonly database. I’m only using the online client and it’s not local. How in the world do I troubleshoot this and make it so that I can create a notebook?

Sorry to hear you’re having issues. Unfortunately there was an outage last night which seems to have caused these errors. It appears to be resolved but some users are still experiencing some minor latency issues which we are looking into.
