Has this happened to anyone else? I was working mid assignment when I got a popup that none of my Jupyter notebook files are available and my account has been completely wiped, 0% disk space used. Is there a way to get them back? the AI assistants having been working for me for weeks. is there a way to contact anaconda about this?
Hey @Aishling1 ,
Sorry to hear you’re having some issues with your files. Firstly, be reassured that if you have been actively working on your files then they definitely won’t have been wiped, we just need to find them! Data is only wiped from free accounts after at least 9 months of inactivity.
If there’s a chance you have signed in with a different email address by accident, then you can return to Anaconda to sign out/in again and see if the files are in that account.
If this doesn’t work, please send the URLs you see when you log into all of your accounts, so that we can do a deeper dive into the accounts.
Also - send me a DM on here if you’d rather jump on a quick call this week to figure it out together.
Thanks,
Jack
Hi Jack,
Thank you for responding. I’m definitely in the right account as I kept the tab open saying that the file doesn’t exist and then logged in again to find my disk space at 0%
The accounts seem to have no files in them
Is there any other way to check, also how do I send a DM?
Thanks!
Aishling
Hi,
No problem, definitely want to get this fixed for you!
I have sent a DM with a few details, so click your profile icon in the top right, and select the “Personal Messages” option in the dropdown and you should find my message.
Thanks,
Jack
