You will continúe to have an Anaconda Cloud account and can access Anaconda Notebooks again anytime in the future
I don’t understand this email at all, I accessed Anaconda yesterday, so what the email says IS not true and I have not received any notices before this one that this could happen, could someone help me?
Hi @Juan8, this is a routine process we run for users that haven’t accessed Anaconda Notebooks in the last 12 months. To be clear that is just our Cloud based Notebooks that you access at https://nb.anaconda.cloud, and not any Notebooks that you access via Anaconda Navigator.
If you click the link above and log in, none of your data stored in our cloud notebooks will be removed. If you want to double check, you can send the URL that you are accessing that contains the long unique User ID, and I will double check for you. It should look something like this:
