It looks like it might not be running in the place where conda is installed?
Did you download Anaconda / Miniconda first? It looks like you have maybe opened VS Code in a location where your code is but not conda.
If you do cmd+shift+p to open the command palette and create a conda environment there, does it work?
I’d be happy to jump on a call tomorrow to debug if it would be useful?
