Hi everyone! We’re excited to announce some improvements to how we handle community-reported issues for anaconda.org.
What’s New
Starting now, we’re committing to clear response times and better communication when you report issues:
- Quick acknowledgment: We’ll respond within 2 days to let you know we’ve seen your issue (within 7 days max)
- Clear status updates: Within a week, we’ll tell you whether we can work on your issue and give you a rough timeline (within 2 weeks max)
- Regular updates: For accepted issues, we’ll keep you posted on progress
How to Report Issues
Please report any anaconda.org issues via this forum (forum.anaconda.com), and tag me (Lilly Winfree). Include a minimal reproducible example of the issue you are encountering.
Your New Point of Contact
I’m Lilly, the product manager for anaconda.org, and I’ll be your main point of contact for community issues. When you report something, you’ll hear from me with updates on what we can do and when.
Thanks for your patience as we’ve been getting organized, and thanks for all your feedback that helps make anaconda.org better!
