I am receiving the message ‘You have reached the maximum number of requests for today. Upgrade to increase the number of daily requests’. I have paid for the $15 subscription. This is occurring both locally and in the cloud instance?
Hi @G116,
Sounds like there might be an issue syncing your account.
When you’re logging in locally, are you able to go to the Assistant and click the settings icon and see what the tier is saying there?
Other things you can try is logging out from your account and back in again. Or clearing the cookies in the browser:
- Right click on the page → inspect
- Go to the Application tab
- Find the Cookies section and right click → Clear on nb.anaconda.com
Hoping this fixes it. But if not please share the URL you get from nb.anaconda.com so that I can check your account details.
Thanks,
Jack
Jack,
I am fighting with the same problem since couple of days. I paid for the subsctription but I cannot get rid of this limit.
My URL: https://nb.anaconda.com/jupyterhub/user/59cf7970-3285-4e7e-b923-ca875a90f199/lab
Hey @Zbigniew1,
Sorry to hear you’re having issues. I just checked our systems and you’re still on the Free tier with your gmail account. Are you sure that you upgraded the gmail account and not another one?
You can check by going to https://anaconda.com/app/profile/subscriptions
If you sign in with another account and relaunch the notebooks, you should see a different set of numbers and letters in your URL after the /user/ that indicates a different user ID.
Let me know if this helps,
Jack
Hi,
Ok good, now when you return to the the notebooks via the button on anaconda.com/app are you able to use the Assistant again?
If not, please provide the URL again.
Can also try clearing cookies if that doesn’t work.
Thanks,
Jack
It seems that it is working fine now
Thanks!
